Sportline Pedometer Usage Instructions

Put in your average walking stride in your pedometer before using it. After this make about 10 strides and the measure the distance made then divide the distance by 10. This will determine your average stride. Then after that you press the button “Mode” until the instruction “Step” is brought on the display. Hold the button for about 2 seconds then the display will flash. Then push the up or down button to set the average walking stride.

In this other step you are meant to set the average running stride just like the walking stride. Then put in the information just as you did in the walking stride that is the pressing of the Mode button to enter your running interface.

The next step you need is to set your weight the press “mode” button until you see the Calorie mode display. Then press the up and down buttons until the specific number that matches your weight is displayed.

Then set the time by pressing the “Mode” button until the word “Time is Displayed.” Press the button for two seconds in order to put mode and until the watch display appears. Press the up arrow in case you want to put the 12 hour mode or the down button for the 24 hour mode. Then the “mode” button once more to adjust hour and minutes settings accordingly.

Press and hold “reset button” for about five seconds to change display from miles to kilometers or vice versa

Then reset the pedometer to Zero in order to start counting your steps

Clip the sportline pedometer to the belt or pants midway between the groin and the hip. For the sportline pedometer to work shut the protective flap.
